The Mill

This very beautiful and unique location sits in the heart of New Iberia. Offering a tree swing, open fields, greenery, graffitied concrete walls and a beautiful greenery vined wall. This is a location with a lot of different dynamics within the one area.

The location fee is $20 with the option to add in a velvet green Victorian couch for an additional $10

Jungle Gardens

Located near New Iberia this location offers incredibly breathtaking photographs. Azaleas, irises, and wisteria fill the property in spring, the summer provides lots of greenery, in the fall, the grounds explode with colors as the many tree species change into yellows, oranges, and reds, and as fall turns to winter, the camellias and Japanese magnolias begin to bloom. The property covers over 170 acres and provides an endless amount of nature & Louisiana feel backgrounds.

One of my favorite things is that we are able to drive through the entire property as it is well maintained.

**They close at 5pm so the session fee has to be secured at location entrance prior to that. Once the fee is paid depending on the length of your session we are allowed to stay in until sunset, with the pass given at arrival.

UL Alumni Center

This location is in the heart of Lafayette, La and offers a whimsical garden vibe with modern touches. With the many trees, fountains, flowers, bricked pathways and a beautiful oversized wrought iron gate you are sure to have an amazing variety of backgrounds for your session.

This location is in very close proximity to the Hilliard Art Museum which has no location fee so we can also access those areas for additional background options.

Per lighting I schedule sessions here from 4pm-sunset in the summer months and 2pm- sunset in the winter months.

The location fee is $25

(at this time paid to Lacy James Photography to handle prior to the session)

The Chapel in the Woods

This location has all the rustic feels!

Located in St. Martinville, La approximately 15 minutes from Youngsville.

This location sits tucked away behind a beautiful tree line and country gravel road. The Chapel in the woods has working Electricity and AC as well as a large tree lined pond. Featuring an old rustic boat(s) as well as rustic home(s) with gorgeous front porches. The property also has a very large yard area with compliments of flowers in bloom sprinkled throughout the entire location. The property also has a field of sugar cane bordering one side of it (grown in season)

The location fee is $40 (Cash Only)

This fee is to be directly to the property owner on the day of the session

**There is a payment drop box on property**

Please place the fee in an envelope labeled with your name as well as Lacy James Photography. Upon the arrival for the session I will point you in the direction of the drop box.

Southside Park

Located in South Lafayette, La right off of the Vermillion River. This location offers a a lot of different backgrounds. From the rivers edge, to the pavillion, to wooden walkway trails lined with gorgeous pompous grass with an adorable wooden picket fence lining on area of the property!
